My only peeve is that the customer service team can improve in terms of response time and manner. Some in store but most online.
It starts with getting your order shipped out within two business days and to your doorstep as quickly as possible. That is just bad business & you all should be better people.
They even tell you when your package is coming.I placed Sephora order totaling $250 & never received it. This is my first bad experience with sephora and i have been purchasing from them for years.
I called their customer service team, and they are sending replacement products to me with no questions asked!

I get items for myself, granddaughter, and daughters. Sephora, Ulta Beauty and Benefit are temporarily shutting stores to slow the spread of the coronavirus. This was from the manager!

Granted I don't order a lot too often but I read all the warnings of the Covid 19 more time to ship notices.
I have had the misfortune of returning a few things to them. They have lost my business for taking advantage of customers during Covid knowing full well that they will be able to keep people's money for an additional month after a return is received. As consumers rights we should receive brand new products that we have paid for. They have partnered with the department store JCPenney and have over 485 Sephora stores inside of JCPenney locations in the United States. Lack of knowledge and totally Fraud service. I emailed in and told them to CANCEL immediately.
I was very impressed with the customer service team and their kindness. For 1item i have to place order for 3 times and all order got cancelled and totally waste of time. A little care and empathy goes a long way.i came in with my box of eye shadow unopened and the receipt and they still didnt let me return it :(I have been a customer of Sephora for years; however, will no longer be a patron due to the lack of customer service and support provided from an online order during COVID. Always have nice products.
