I love my PXC-550's, but last night I left my headphones plugged in overnight and came back to them uncharged and not working. I got them as a promotial item and so didn't have any warranty on them. This happened last weekend and I reset everything, unplugged and plugged them back in a few times, and then they started charging like normal. Sent them into the local agent and they told me they couldn’t be repaired and they offered to sell me a new pair at a discounted price.
