I do go under the sun a lot, like full day island tours etc when I travel. It is a bit oily but effective; I heard about it from the much missed drivelaboutfrivol.comTexture-wise therefore, I am happy with this. Grr…If you have oily skin and pick this one, you will wear very little, because it will feel uncomfortable. Though I agree, the English translation should’ve included it. Also very greasy!
The Shiseido one really bites my wallet too! But I’m not an expert in chemistry. Formulated without artificial fragrances, colorings and mineral oils. Chemical sunscreens are poisonous to the marine system.Ok, here’s the rub. By the way, I am assuming that the Hada Labo gel sunscreen does contain zinc oxide & titanium dioxide? Are you a fan of this one? Thankfully, my skin is able to take chemical UV filters well (brands like banana boat, nivea etc). I developed new sun spots and I feel that the chemical filters are insufficient. It contains PA++++ UVA protection to protect against dark spots, loss of firmness, and other signs of sun damage.
Suffice to say, I would not be getting this sunscreen. NOT! I now wonder if that might have contributed to the condition of my skin today? Take Uvinul A Plus for e.g., saying that it only protects against UVA2 not UVA1 (what I always read in skincare blogs) isn’t true if you actually look at its spectrum chart.Do you know if this product leaves a white cast?Where can I find this? In a dry or cold environment, you may like it as well, as it will feel more comfortable. I believe it is natural although I’m not sure about it being organic. If you live in the tropics and have oily skin, don’t pick this one. The word “mineral” refers to “mineral water”.
