Our guests love the food as well as the experience of visiting us by boat. We love the food and the convenience it affords us.
There were a couple big parties and some smaller ones like us, as well as several empty tables, so they did not appear that busy. We had such a great time that I have decided to NOT cross it off my list, as there are at least another three restaurants to try, in the not so distant future.We headed to Rancho Marina for lunch on board a small boat that would probably seat about 20 people (the boat had a canvas roof, but the sides were open to the elements). The restaurants are located at the southern end of the lake which means that you get a really long boat ride on the lake. )Some of the restaurants are open during the week, but the boats don't run. It is a nice trip, breezy and pretty and calm water. The side dishes (arañitas) took an hour and a half and the food MORE THAN 2 HOURS!!!!
“Lago Dos Bocas” translates to “lake of two mouths” (0r something like that!). It was an exciting adventure.great place to pass a wonderful day and if it rains even better ...... good food at the different restaurants, adequate price and great family place ,,, lovely view of the lake ... and a lot of history....Short wait to take a free boat ride to go to one of the few restaurants.
